A review with a clear purpose

  1. Establish the deal perimeter

    Review entities extracted from the documents, their linked files, and the ownership, governance, and commercial relationships between them.

  2. Examine the screening evidence

    Inspect sanctions, PEP, litigation, adverse media, IP, and licence signals alongside the external sources and internal deal documents.

  3. Connect the signal to exposure

    Read the entity findings with the relevant contracts and risk register. Identify the evidence or clarification needed before the investment decision.
