How we build for deal teams

Start with the decision. Design around the work of associates, counsel, and corporate development. A useful review helps the team understand what could change the investment case.
Keep the evidence close. A finding needs a source. A conclusion needs its assumptions. The next reviewer should be able to follow the reasoning and see the questions that remain.
Aim for clarity. No invented jargon, no unnecessary features. Interfaces should reduce complexity, not add to it.
Make the handoff useful. The review continues when another person joins it. Carry the source, discussion, and outstanding request into the next stage of the work.
