Microsoft Teams

When to use Microsoft Teams
Use Microsoft Teams when the deal team communicates in the Microsoft stack and wants project updates to appear in the right channel without moving the diligence record itself out of Colabra.
The Microsoft-native working channel stays aware
Real deal example: channel updates without losing the audit trail
A corp-dev team uses Teams for day-to-day coordination. Connecting a project channel lets reviewers see important project activity quickly, while the source evidence, requests, and decisions remain attached to the deal record in Colabra.
Setup pattern
Connection happens once at the workspace level. After that, each project can choose its own Teams destination.
What happens after connection
- the workspace stores the Teams connection once
- each project can bind its own destination channel
- notifications are delivered into that selected project channel
Teams is for internal awareness. It does not replace formal request handling or downstream automation.
