Microsoft Copilot
Use a Microsoft environment with an explicit remote MCP setup flow, such as Copilot Studio. An ordinary Copilot chat or Office subscription does not by itself establish that a custom Colabra connector is available.
Copilot Studio setup
In your agent’s tool configuration, use the MCP onboarding flow to add a server. Set the Colabra endpoint to:
https://api.colabra.ai/mcpChoose OAuth and use discovery where supported. Complete sign-in and inspect the tools available to the agent. Follow Microsoft’s existing MCP server setup guide for the current onboarding and authentication options.
Verify before sharing
Confirm which user’s Colabra account the connection uses. Test access to the intended project and a known source before making the agent available to the deal team.
Ask for a cited evidence review or draft. The connection’s tool profile and permissions determine available actions; it does not automatically provide every Colabra reporting or Office-generation feature. See MCP for the source-review workflow.
