Fireflies

Fireflies connection settings can store a workspace API key, but the current product does not provide a completed project transcript picker or manual import workflow. Automatic Fireflies project import is also unavailable.

Bring a transcript into a deal

Export the transcript from Fireflies, then upload the resulting supported document or text file to the project’s Evidence tab. Check that processing completes before relying on the transcript in analysis.

Preserve the meeting date, participants, and speaker labels in the exported file so reviewers can interpret the conversation accurately.
