When to use OneDrive

Use OneDrive when the deal team works in a Microsoft 365 environment and the existing evidence source is already a OneDrive folder.

The M365-native diligence flow

Real deal example: no export step from OneDrive

A corporate-development team receives diligence materials through OneDrive. Connecting the folder lets Colabra start classification and extraction from the same source instead of making reviewers maintain a second manual upload routine.

Setup pattern

Connection happens once at the workspace level. The actual project folder is selected from a project’s files empty state or from Project menu → Import.

OneDrive browsing starts from OneDrive.

What happens after import

• the initial folder contents are imported immediately
• Colabra performs background re-syncs for connected project folders
• upstream file changes are stored as new file versions rather than duplicate project files

The exact re-sync cadence is not currently exposed in product settings, so teams should treat it as automatic background sync rather than a user-configurable schedule.
